Leaders inspire others to leadership. We at JSB have taken up the challenging task of creating leaders not followers. The only thing that will enable us to do that is constant innovation. Jyotirmoy School of Business or JSB as we proudly call it, is the flagship of Jyotirmoy Knowledge Park. We deliberately chose Kolkata to locate ourselves in, as this city has always had an unparalleled intellectual legacy, which still boasts of producing some of the who's who of the world from India - Amartya Sen, Lakshmi Mittal. Amitabh Bachchan. Pranab Mukhenee, Vir Sanghvi all have some early connection with Kolkata and have found this city an effective spring board for furtherance of their careers. The campus has been visualized on international lines in a serene location which shall inspire and enthuse budding managers and entrepreneurs. Its sprawling 22 acre surroundings are second only to the IIM-C. In the clutter of "me too" Business schools, this business school was envisioned with definite differentiators to offer.
